  • Event Strategy & Consulting – The success of an event is largely dependent on having a well- defined and thought out strategy.  As your valued partner, our services team will work with you and help you with each step of the planning process: define your event goals, the event message, your target audience, the desired number of registrants and attendees, and the event success criteria.
  • Exhibitor Recruitment & Support – We will provide support to both your sales team and your sponsors, as they begin the production process.
  • Event Production – This the implementation stage, where booths are built, the conference agenda is confirmed, presentations are recorded, and the event is built out. You’ll have several opportunities to test-drive the event and you’ll participate in an event rehearsal as well.
  • Exhibitor & Presenter Training – As part of our commitment to ensure flawless event-day execution, we provide several pre-event stakeholder training sessions. Everyone will know what to do, and where to go, on the event day.
  • Attendee and Stakeholder Support & Live Event Management – We provide live support for your stakeholders and attendees – by phone, email, and chat - along with a dedicated event day management team, to keep things running smoothly and ensure you know exactly who to contact if you have any questions or issues.
  • Event Analysis & Reporting – Our services team will create and provide an analysis of your event statistics. We will also do a debrief and review lessons learned in the process.
