Privacy Policy

It is the intent of CGS to give you absolute control over the decision to forward your personal information or resume to the company. If you choose to give CGS personal information via the Internet, Fax or Mail, it is our intent to inform you as to how this information will be used. With respect to resumes, CGS will maintain this information in an electronic database for a period of one year. If you do not hear from us within that time period, your resume will be archived.

Additionally, CGS may collect data from you that you provide to us voluntarily such as your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, how you learned about the company and other personal information. The information we collect is used to improve the content of the Site, and to contact you, via e-mail or by regular mail, to provide you with information that you requested, or that we believe may be of interest to you. Your information may be transferred for processing and use to other countries and regions of the world. Except if required by law or order of a court with authority to do so, we do not sell or transfer the information you send to us to others outside our company, except that your data may be transferred to an outside fulfillment company for processing and mailing purposes only. CGS reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who may be using CGS's servers or services for illegal activities, and to report any suspected illegal activity to law enforcement agencies for investigation or prosecution, including sharing information for fraud protection. Additionally, upon the sale or merger of CGS, use of your personal information may be governed by the privacy policies of the new owner, which policies may conflict with those contained herein.

CGS may receive and store certain types of information whenever a User connects with the Site. As with many state-of-the-art Internet sites, the Site may use "cookies" to enhance the functionality of the Site and to make access more convenient and efficient for Users. A "cookie" is a small text file stored locally on the computer used to access the User's account, and contains information relating to a User's past use of the Site.

CGS takes reasonable precautions to protect information collected from a certain User's use of the Site, however, due to the open nature of the Internet, CGS cannot guarantee that any information it receives will be free from unauthorized access during the transmission of such information to or from CGS.
